Michelin Restaurants in Da Nang 2026: All 47 (Star, Green Star, Bib Gourmand & Selected)
Updated October 2026. Every restaurant on this page has been checked against the official MICHELIN Guide Da Nang selection (2026).
Quick answer: The 2026 MICHELIN Guide lists 47 restaurants in Da Nang: 1 Michelin Star (La Maison 1888), 1 Michelin Green Star (Nén Danang), 23 Bib Gourmand spots for great food at great value, and 22 more Michelin Selected restaurants. Most of the list is not fine dining at all: it’s family-run noodle shops, seafood restaurants and street-food stalls where a meal costs from about 30,000–80,000 VND (US$1–3). Below you’ll find all 47, grouped by what you want to eat, with addresses and what to order.

Michelin in Da Nang 2026 at a glance
| Award | How many in Da Nang | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| ⭐ One MICHELIN Star | 1 (La Maison 1888) | High-quality cooking, worth a stop |
| 🌱 MICHELIN Green Star | 1 (Nén Danang) | A leader in sustainable gastronomy; awarded on top of the restaurant’s listing |
| 🍽️ Bib Gourmand | 23 | Good food at a good price, the best value on the list |
| Michelin Selected | 22 | Recommended by the inspectors for good cooking |
1. La Maison 1888: Da Nang’s only Michelin-starred restaurant
- Michelin status: One MICHELIN Star (awarded 2024, retained in 2025 and 2026)
- Cuisine: French contemporary, five- or eight-course set menus
- Location: InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Son Tra Peninsula (temporarily serving in the resort’s Club Lounge)
- Price: ₫₫₫₫, several million VND per person before wine
Set in a recreated Indochinese colonial mansion high on the hillside of the InterContinental (you arrive by the resort’s own cable car), La Maison 1888 is the city’s benchmark for fine dining: classical French technique with premium ingredients, many of them Vietnamese. Michelin’s inspectors single out the onion gratin as a highlight not to be missed. It also has one of Vietnam’s finest wine cellars.

How to book: through the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort website or by phone on +84 236 393 8888. Book well ahead in peak season, and dress smart.
2. Nén Danang: Vietnam’s only Michelin Green Star
- Michelin status: MICHELIN Green Star (Vietnam’s first, awarded 2024) and Michelin Selected
- Cuisine: Contemporary Vietnamese tasting menu
- Address: 16 Mỹ Đa Tây 2, Ngũ Hành Sơn
- Price: ₫₫₫₫
Chef-owner Summer Le’s Nén tells the story of Vietnamese land, history and people through a single tasting menu that is tweaked every few months and completely reinvented twice a year. Almost everything is hyper-local, much of it grown on the restaurant’s own farm, which earned Nén Vietnam’s first MICHELIN Green Star. Book at restaurantnen.com and mention dietary needs when you book.

Our visit: Madame Lân
A Michelin-listed favourite since 2024, right on the Han River at 4 Bạch Đằng. The huge menu covers dishes from every region of Vietnam, which makes it a great first meal in Da Nang if you want to try a bit of everything in one place.
4. Seafood restaurants
| Restaurant | Michelin | Address | What to order |

| Năm Đảnh | Selected | 139/59/38 Trần Quang Khải, Sơn Trà | Huge, local seafood hall; free golf-cart shuttle from Phan Vinh Street |
Our visit: Mỹ Hạnh Seafood on My Khe Beach
Michelin doesn’t have to mean fine dining. At Mỹ Hạnh you eat fresh-caught seafood at beachfront tables under the coconut palms, for less than you’d expect.
Our visit: MỘC Quán Seafood
A Michelin Selected seafood restaurant at 26 Tô Hiến Thành, a short walk back from My Khe Beach. Michelin’s inspectors recommend the lobster, best enjoyed in garlic butter sauce.
Our visit: Năm Đảnh, Da Nang’s best-kept seafood secret
Tucked away in a residential lane in Sơn Trà (139/59/38 Trần Quang Khải), Năm Đảnh is where locals go for big, noisy seafood feasts at local prices. It’s a huge place with tanks of live seafood to choose from, and it runs a golf-cart shuttle from Phan Vinh Street because the lane is hard to find.
5. Mì Quảng: Da Nang’s signature noodles
Mì Quảng is the dish of the Quảng Nam–Da Nang region: wide turmeric rice noodles in a small amount of rich broth, topped with pork, shrimp or chicken, peanuts and a crunchy sesame rice cracker, with herbs and banana flower on the side.

Our visit: Mỳ Quảng Sứa Hồng Vân
A Bib Gourmand favourite at 59 Lê Hồng Phong, famous for something you won’t find in most bowls: mì Quảng with jellyfish (sứa). This no-frills shop is packed with locals at breakfast and only opens from 6 am to 1 pm, so come early.
Our visit: Mì Quảng 1A
One of the most famous bowls in town, a short walk from the Han River. Michelin’s tip is to order the special so you can try every topping.

| Bà Diệu | Selected | 17 Trần Tống, Thanh Khê | Bún bò with assorted cuts of beef |
Our visit: Bún Bò Bà Diệu
A simple, much-loved shop at 17 Trần Tống in Thanh Khê that does one thing well: bún bò, rice noodle soup loaded with assorted cuts of beef in a rich, spicy broth. It’s listed as Michelin Selected in 2026 and is a favourite with locals for breakfast.

| Dì Hoa | Selected | 62/2A Núi Thành, Hòa Cường | Da Nang rice-paper snacks, run by the same couple for 30+ years |
Our visit: Bánh Xèo Bà Dưỡng
One of Da Nang’s best-known bánh xèo spots, hidden down an alley at 280/23 Hoàng Diệu (it’s listed as Michelin Selected in 2026). Crispy rice pancakes arrive hot from the pan; you roll them yourself in rice paper with fresh herbs and dip them in the house sauce.

A Bib Gourmand favourite at 19 Yên Bái in the city centre. The dish to order is bún thịt nướng: cool rice vermicelli topped with smoky chargrilled pork, fresh herbs and crushed peanuts, with sweet-and-sour fish sauce to pour over.
Our visit: Cơm Gà Lan
Michelin Selected since 2024, Cơm Gà Bà Lan at 520 Trưng Nữ Vương keeps it simple: there’s only one dish, chicken rice (cơm gà). Choose your chicken roasted or poached, and it comes with fragrant rice and a bowl of broth. It’s a quick, cheap and very local lunch.

Our video was filmed at its branch by the Tulip Garden at Ba Na Hills, one of the most affordable places to eat on the mountain. The address listed by Michelin is the restaurant in the city, at 202 Hoàng Diệu.
Tips for eating Michelin in Da Nang
- Book ahead for fine dining: reserve La Maison 1888 and Nén days to weeks in advance, especially from February to August.
- Go early for noodle shops: many Bib Gourmand spots open at breakfast and sell out or close by early afternoon (Mỳ Quảng Sứa Hồng Vân closes at 1 pm).
- Bring cash: street-food spots are often cash only, though many now take QR bank transfer.
- Plan a noodle crawl: Lê Hồng Phong Street in Hải Châu has five Michelin spots within a few hundred metres (numbers 27, 39, 47, 55 and 59).
- Rainy season: from October to December, take a Grab car rather than a motorbike to dinner. See our Da Nang in autumn guide.
